Pat Henigan is an active trial attorney at the Delaware County law firm Eckell Sparks Levy Auerbach Monte. Sloane, Matthews & Auslander. Pat has handled numerous types of matters over his 23 year career. Highlighting his experience is the representation of Delaware County municipal entities and school districts in matters such as tax assessment, tax exemption, code violations and fines as well as litigated cases involving election and construction disputes Pat also serves as a lecturer for the DELCO Bar Association, presenting seminars on civil law.

Pat moved to Delaware County in 1980 while studying at St. Joseph's University. He grew up in Philadelphia as the second of six children of a teamster father and homemaker mother. The drive instilled in him by his parents helped Henigan graduate from St. Joseph's Prep where he earned ten varsity letters as well as academic honors. His Senior Year he was awarded the Prep Mother's Cub Award for outstanding overall achievement. Pat continued his studies at St. Joseph's University where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Relations while playing varsity soccer. Pat then enrolled in the Rutgers School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1987. Pat resides in Broomall with his wife Janice.
