I have been a member of the Delaware County Public Defender's Office since 1994. As an attorney with the PD's office I represent indigent criminal defendants at all stages of criminal proceedings including prima facie hearings at Magisterial District Courts through Common Pleas proceedings at the Courthouse in Media. I have handeled numerous cases involving everything from simple Summary matters to Felony Capital Homicides involving death penalty issues. I am a very experienced trial attorney.

I also maintain a General Civil Practice. Areas of practice include Family Law, Real Estate Law, Contract and Construction Law, Wills and Estates, Bankruptcy Law, Collection Matters, Personal Injury, and ERISA.

I have maintained a local focus during my career and I am very knowledgable about the Delaware County court system in both criminal and civil matters. I am experienced and well qualified.

I have been a Delaware County resident for the past 48 years and live with my family in Broomall. I have been a Committeeman, Borough Auditor, and member of Marple Township's Pension Hearing Board.

I am running for the office of Magisterial District Judge because there is an opening created by the expiring term of the current District Judge and I think this is the next logical step in my legal career. I have been representing clients in both criminal and civil matters for the past 18 years and I am ready to take advantage of this career move opportunity. I've been a public servant with the Delaware County Public Defender's Office for the past 18 years and I would like to continue that public service as District Judge.
