Absentee Ballot Applications: An application must be completed, submitted and received 7 days before the vote if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter; or received the day before the vote if the ballot is to be handed to the voter personally. The application will be available on line or by calling the district clerk, Connie Lourentzatos at 914-395-0500. The absentee ballot application can also be picked up in person in the temporary district offices located on Palumbo Place, behind Bronxville Village Hall.

Registration: Residents need to be registered with the Westchester County Board of Elections.

    Resolved, that the Board of Education of the Bronxville Union Free School District, Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, is hereby authorized to make expenditures as estimated in the Proposed Budget in the amount of Forty Three Million, Six Hundred Thirty One Thousand, One Hundred Forty Dollars ($43,631,140) and to raise taxes therefor.

    Proposition BxUFSD-1 Flood Restoration Project -- Bronxville Union Free School District (Majority Approval Required)

    RESOLVED, shall the Bronxville Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, be authorized to pay additional costs of the flood restoration project previously authorized by the voters on July 10, 2007, including original equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, site improvements, and other incidental costs and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $1,779,199, and said amount or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be raised by the levy of a tax upon the taxable property of said School District and collected in annual installments as provided by Section 416 of the Education Law; and in anticipation of such tax, obligations of said School District shall be issued.

    RESOLVED, shall the Bronxville Union Free School District, Westchester County, New York, be authorized to construct a new boiler and electrical switchgear addition to the Bronxville School including original equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, site improvements, and other incidental costs and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $6,607,862, and said amount or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall be raised by the levy of a tax upon the taxable property of said School District and collected in annual installments as provided by Section 416 of the Education Law; and in anticipation of such tax, obligations of said School District shall be issued.
