Open and Accountable Government Initiative
There can be no doubt that Delaware County Council with its long standing one-party government has created a pay-to-play culture of the worst sort.

Remedy: Open government and accountability requirements. I propose the following six point plan.

Health Department White Paper
One of the most important issues facing Delaware County today is the decline of public health. Unlike neighboring Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks counties, we have only an `Office of Intercommunity Health' which is limited to "implementing a health coordination program."
A New Day For Delaware County: Economic Development and Community Revitalization
Delaware County is a great place to live and to work. We have a tremendous number of resources for a growing business environment: Public transportation, the airport, thirteen outstanding universities, colleges, and trade schools. Yet our economy is slipping behind our neighboring counties. County government must provide the leadership to inject new vigor in Delaware County's economy, attract new businesses, and entice skilled workers to those businesses to move this county forward.
