1) I am a fiscal conservative and extremely ethical.
2) I am strongly opposed to the Santa Margarita River Project because it will impose a huge debt of $25 million on FPUD customers and I believe this project will eventually end up as a toilet-to-tap water project.
3) I am dedicated to ensure that all FPUD expenditures of any kind in excess of $1 million must be approved by the FPUD ratepayers.
4). The unnecessary: Red Mountain lawsuit, the gease ordinance lawsuit, Ron Packards yearly consulting fee of $100,000, and the 2003-04 expenditures on the Santa Margarita River project have cost each of us FPUD ratepayer more than $400 this past fiscal year. Lets stop this waste of our money.
5) With the Pacific Ocean at our doorsatep, desalination is the only new, large, and real source of large amounts of drinking water for Fallbrook.
