Information shown below:

To relieve overcrowding, repair, replace, and renovate aging neighborhood elementary schools, and qualify for state matching funds, shall Anaheim City (Elementary) School District, issue $111,000,000 in bonds, at interest rates within legal limits, to finance the renovation, construction, acquisition and improvement of local school facilities and land, including replacing outdated wiring, lighting, plumbing and sewer systems, building permanent classrooms and new schools, with annual audits, no proceeds for administrators' salaries, and a Citizens Oversight Committee to monitor all expenditures? 55% vote required for passage.
