I have served the public for ten years as an elected water board member and have actively supported and helped implement a consolidation with two neighboring water and sanitation districts. This resulted in a single, less bureaucratic, more cost effective district. During this tenure I have served as president, vice-president and finance committee chairperson.

I have over twelve years of governmental exerience working for an Orange County Supervisor with assigned responsibilites in environmental and public health, fire services, emergency preparedness and budget analysis. Previously I was a junior high and high school teacher for six years.

A thirty year resident of South Orange County with a recognized record of community involvement, I am married and the mother of two children.

Master of Public Administration Degree, CSULB. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Alpha Alpha, the National Honorary Society for Public Policy and Administration.
